The guest house has three bedrooms (six beds total:2 queens, 1 double, and 2 twins) and one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your meals. Enjoy the outdoor patio, spacious backyard, fire pits and waterfront dock with paddle boards and an outdoor kitchen. 

Amenities: coffee and tea, AC, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, first-aid kit, TV, BBQ grill, and Wi-Fi.

Price is $180 per night plus tax and a cleaning fee.

Reminders

  • At this time, we are pet-friendly. However, it is imperative that you pick up and clean up after your pet and do not allow them on the furniture! Please take a look at our RRR manual specific to each rental upon entry of the property. Important information is included.
  • Safety considerations: When booking with us at the RRR, you assume full responsibility. The dock and river areas are not supervised. You as guests will be responsible for all necessary safety precautions for you and your party.
  • This is a working ranch/farm, so you may hear a tractor now and then. (We will do our best not to wake you, but if you plan to sleep in on a weekday, please let us know so we can accommodate.)
  • During duck and goose season, you may hear shooting along the river, usually in the morning or evening.
  • The railroad crossing is at the end of the driveway, and the trains blow their horns as they go by.
